🌿 60-Second Curious Witness

Sometimes the most helpful thing we can do is simply notice.

Pause wherever you are — outside, by a window, or on a short

1. Notice one movement.

Leaves shifting, clouds passing, light moving across the ground.

2. Notice one sound.

 Wind, birds, distant traffic, footsteps.

3. Notice one sensation in your body.

Your breath, your feet on the ground, the air on your skin.

No fixing.
No interpretation.

Just witnessing.

Before you move on, finish this quiet sentence:

“Today I noticed…”

Small observations often open the door to deeper attention.
